Why the conversion gap mattered so much
A Miami med-spa doing strong Instagram presence and getting ~150 DM inquiries per month had a quality lead-gen problem they didn’t realize: they were converting only 5–8 of those inquiries into actual treatments per month. The math:
- 150 DMs → 48 inquiries converted to consult bookings (32%)
- 48 consults booked → 28 actually showed up (58%)
- 28 consults → 11 booked a treatment that day (41%)
- Of the 17 “I’ll think about it,” 0–2 came back within 30 days

What changed in month 1
Speed-of-response was the first lever. DM auto-response within 5 minutes (instead of 6+ hours from a busy front desk) doubled inquiry-to-consult conversion immediately:
- DMs handled: 158
- Inquiries to consult booked: 89 (56% — up from 32%)
- Consults showed up: 71 (80% — reminders + financing-pre-qual did the work)
- Consults closed treatment day-of: 38 (54%)
What changed in month 2
The 90-day nurture started compounding. Clients who left “thinking about it” in month 1 began coming back in month 2 — but now the system knew where they were in the nurture sequence and surfaced the right CTA at the right moment:

- Inquiries to consult booked: 102 (63%)
- Consults showed up: 88 (86%)
- Consults closed treatment day-of: 51 (58%)
- Month-1 nurture conversions: 6 additional treatments
What changed by month 3
The full funnel was firing. Same-day close climbed because financing was pre-approved before clients even sat down for the consult. Delayed converters from the 90-day nurture started arriving on schedule. Photo-consent gallery was filling with real recent work, which was pulling new inquiries that closed faster.

- Month-1+2 nurture conversions: 11 additional treatments
Total month-3 treatments: 85 (vs. ~12 at the baseline). At $1,200 average: monthly revenue from this single channel went from ~$14K to ~$68K. The owner had to add a second injector to handle the volume.
